What a Great open honest company a pleasure to deal with
I contacted James at justcomparecars ref a van and from the outset vey open and honest.His conversation,knowledge video guide around the vehicle was superb.If he said he would ring you back he did.The payment process we all worry about... i had no need.. 100% honest and reliable e mailing confirmation of payments.To top it off he delivered to my front door.Van in lovely condition as described. Great company and James a nice guy to deal with.

100 stars - exceptional service - amazing price
Everything was perfect from start to finish, the detailed walk around video was the best I've ever seen, been buying trucks for work for decades - exceptional!! I've been shopping around for a great deal a couple of weeks and when this was advertised it was a significant amount less than any of the others available so watched the video and placed a deposit at nearly midnight using their website. nothing is an issue for these guys - 100 stars - I'll be back for more trucks soon.

Honestly absolutely fantastic. From start to finish James provided us excellent customer service - we did not have to chase him for anything. We went to see the van on Saturday for a test drive - no pressure sales non of that... he let us have a look and see if the van was suitable which it was. He explained all the pros and cons of all the vans we was looking at - and what was best for out budget/job. We then asked James to arrange finance for us which he did EXTREMELY quickly - we had the van and the keys on Tuesday. When picking up the van on Tuesday the whole van was detailed and absolutely pristine! the best thing about James he was not one of the van sales man who tries force a sale or try offer all the "ceramic paint protection nonsense" Honestly the best company I have dealt with. Will only be using these now :)

BRILLIANT PURCHASE
I saw the vehicle on line and made contact by telephone to arrange a viewing, during which Jason was very welcoming and flexible over day and time of viewing. From arriving on site, there was no hard selling involved. Jason's style was to sell by his knowledge and explanation of all he features relevant to the vehicle. This resonated to my approach to the situation, having spent a large part of my life restoring classic motorcycles and cars. My first employer, Brough Superior had a company motto to "Get it right first time, with style" and this has stuck with me throughout my life. Jason certainly achieved that and is a valuable asset to the company. I would certainly recommend to family and friends considering buying a new vehicle.

Fantastic Experience
I've had a great experience with the guys at just compare cars.. they literally broke the mould. I wanted a very specific vehicle for a conversation.. they had advertised what I'd been searching for.. so I made contact, .. having suffered some poor experiences I really didn't trust anyone. James quickly responded and clearly explained the checks the vehicles go through and what is included with the sale. This was great but I was still struggling to trust.. I mentioned that the I had a big journey to see the van and he quickly said he would do a personal walk around video to show me the van as if I was with it.. WOW .. this was near 15 minutes long and was something I'd never seen.. every inch was shown in detail just like he had said. I will happily recommend James and his team to anyone. Thank you so much for restoring my trust

Having recently purchased a machine from another company that hadn't proven to be my best decision I was a little apprehensive"¦ But I have to give credit where due and my initial contact with James at just compare cars was great he really helped put me at ease and explained all the process that would be full filled. Great Service throughout. I seen the Ford Ranger Wildtrak on the website. The supporting description and the video was brilliant. There was a great variety of vehicles to offer. The team were extremely supportive and responsive from initial enquiry to driving away. When seeing the actual Wildtrak it exceeded my expectations. All in all 5 star. Fantastic service from the start to delivery in Jersey. Everything was easy and we particularly liked the detailed videos. There was no pressure from James at any point to buy a particular vehicle but he helped with any queries. The truck had a full service and check over which included a new windscreen after a small chip was found. James sorted out all of this plus delivering the truck to the ports in Portsmouth so Condor could bring it to Jersey. Will highly recommend!

From first contact with them to pre viewing we were sent walk around videos highlighting any marks etc and talking about the vehicle. Replies to messages were very fast and informative. Friendly, honest and trustworthy
I think that the true test of a firm is what they do when something goes wrong. I bought a van from here, and through no fault of the theirs, it developed a fault very shortly after I picked it up. Before I bought the van, I'd had an RAC inspection which showed nothing wrong, there was no way that the guys could have anticipated this fault - it was just one of those things. But they went above and beyond to help sort it out. I was due to drive to Scotland the following morning - they took the van back, gave me my car (which I'd put in for part exchange) offered to pay for insurance for the weekend. They took the van to the dealership to get it sorted, at their expense, and got it back to me asap. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with - there was no way they could have known this fault would have cropped up, but they did everything they possibly could to get it sorted as quickly as possible. I'd be really happy to come back here when it's time to change vehicles in future and would have no hesitation in recommending my friends go here.

He even provided a couple of plugs to fill un-required ready-drilled holes in the roof. On the limited mileage we've done, it's so far proved to be the vehicle we hoped for. I contacted just compare regarding a Vehicle I found online, and they replied within the hour. We discussed the vehicle and buying options prior to me arranging to travel some 4 hrs to complete the purchase., once arriving with them I met James and he showed me the vehicle. Everything was exactly as described which was a blessing as you can never be to sure these days.! Buying online with any sort of distance between is a minefield and I've had some bad experiences.. but from the offset James at just compare cars was great and went through things in detail, sent me personal video and supplied additional images of everything I asked for. We then agreed the deal and he delivered the vehicle very early on a day I specified saving me a long day's travel to collect and additional expenses.
